Typically Zillow reflects the property's condition if it were ready for a retail sale. This means it is reasonably updated without any major repairs needed. It also considers how fast a property can sell. You can back out before closing with no penalty, up until the date we agree on in writing. We'd rather you feel confident in your decision than feel pressured.
No. We're a local buyer purchasing the property directly. We are not a licensed broker or agent representing you.
We do — all of them, every time. It's part of the offer.
We look at recent comparable sales in your area, the property's condition, and what it will realistically cost to bring it up to market-ready. Yes — that's a large part of what we do. Foundation issues, roof problems, fire or water damage, deferred maintenance, situations where the house is filled with personal items, or worse, refuse. — sell it exactly as it sits. We factor the condition into the offer rather than asking you to fix anything first.
Do it. We'd rather you compare and know you are making the right choise. If another offer makes more sense for your situation, we will encourage you to take it.
